Eliza's bodywork focuses on a therapeutic approach incorporating clinical, medical, myofascial and structural techniques. She blends deep tissue techniques with clinical knowledge and adapts to each person she works with to help change the soft tissues in a way that supports the needs and comfort of each client.

About  Medical Massage

Medical sessions are designed for assessment and single issue soft tissue adjustment. Medical massage is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem. The patient presents with a diagnosis and are administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment.
