About Craniosacral
Craniosacral techniques revolve around the rhythm of the spinal fluid with hand holds from the cranium, vertebrae and sacrum. They can help reduce high stress and reset your nervous system to grounded calmness.
About Polarity Therapy
Polarity techniques are hand placements on opposite sides of the body at the same time helping balance energy between left and right sides of the body. It can help your body balance while in motion, and promote overall healing by connecting the mind and body through the energetic pathways of the body in sequence.
