Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy
With the use of vibrational sound therapy the human body can be “tuned” to a balanced frequency bringing calm and allowing healing to take place. It is a safe, drug-free, non-invasive approach to reducing pain and anxiety and improving quality of life.
Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy
All of our massage tables are equipped with custom build vibroacoustic panels. This allows us to blend vibration and sound therapy into our hands on work creating a truly unique and healing experience. This type of sounds therapy works like a massage throughout the entire body allowing the soft tissue work to effect your limbic, nervous, and circulatory system on a deeper level than manual therapy alone is capable of.
Vibroacoustic therapy is a form of harmonic or sound massage. Through the use of broad range transducers, we are able to bring the vibrational frequency of the music into the table. This allows you to “feel the sound”. This vibration effects every cell and organ in the body. It has been shown to quickly calm the nervous system, soften the tissues of the body, increase circulation, lower blood pressure and reduce heart rate by inducing deep relaxation.
Far Infrared Sauna and Sound Room
Our far infrared sauna room is equipped with a custom built vibroacoustic lounger. The Sauna room can be booked for sound therapy, sauna, or combination sessions. After completing an infrared sauna session you can cool down on the vibroacoustic lounger while experiencing a relaxation or a therapeutic sound treatment.

Vibrational sound has been used in many forms and many cultures throughout history. We use sound healing with our voices from the chanting of monks to the lullabies we sooth our children to sleep with and with tools like singing bowls, drums, and body tuning forks. In modern times sound healing is evolving through research and technological innovation allowing the creation of the transducers and controlled Hz music which we use in our therapeutic session.
With the use of these vibrational therapies the human body can be “tuned” to a balanced frequency bringing calm and allowing healing to take place. It is a safe, drug-free, non-invasive approach to reducing pain and anxiety and improving quality of life.

Vibroacoustic Meditation
Vibroacoustics is a great way to meditate deeper, faster and longer. Tracks are available for multiple goals such as Chakra balancing, Solfegio frequencies, and many more. Or bring your favorite Meditation audio to experience it in a whole new way.
When using specific Hz Vibroacoustic therapy can be focused for the treatment of addiction, PTSD, anxiety and depression disorders, as well as many other conditions.
The technicalities of Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT):
Vibroacoustic therapy uses audible sound vibrations to reduce symptoms, induce relaxation, and alleviate stress. This technology was developed based on the recognition that external vibration can influence body function and can assist in restoring health and wellbeing.
VAT generally focuses on low frequency waves, in the range of 30 to 100 Hz. Our tables run frequencies from 30 to 300. While higher range Hz cannot be felt, and some cannot be heard, they can still effect the human body.
Sample frequencies and their effects:
40-68 Hz- Reduce anxiety, depression and autism symptoms.
88 Hz- Migraine relief
27-38 Hz- Insomnia relief
68 Hz- Reduce neck and shoulder pain
50 Hz- Dislodge lung secretions
52 Hz- Reduce Lower back and menstrual pain.
The music that is played during our massage sessions uses a variety of these frequencies to promote a general sense of relief and relaxation.
The Food and Drug Administration has approved vibroacoustic therapy for increasing circulation, pain relief, and increasing mobility. Vibroacoustic therapy is being evaluated to treat a number of conditions, including fibromyalgia, cerebral palsy, and Alzheimer's disease.
