Policies and Procedures



Cancelation: If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please CALL as soon as possible so that we may have time to offer your appointment to another client in need. We reserve the right to charge full price for an appointment for which you do not show up and half price for one which you cancel with less than 24 hour notice. These charges will be expected to be paid before a new appointment is received if not immediately.


Please be on time. We schedule a bit of leeway on either side of each appointment so that we can have time to check in on your current needs, update health history and assess your treatment. We will always try to work for exactly the time we have reserved for you but if you are not on time we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your full session. You will be expected to pay full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late your session will be canceled and treated as a no show. You are welcome to arrive 5 minutes early to avoid these concerns. If you know you will be late, please let us know.


If you have trouble remembering your appointment times we are happy to give you a confirmation call. Please let us know if you need this service.


If your practitioner is late: we will pro-rate the time remaining, or give you your full time if both our schedules allow.
